Returns

If you wish to return your purchase or to report a discrepancy, please contact our customer service department at: 800-242-1378. All returns must have prior return authorization and be received within 45 days from ship date.
Returns without a return authorization number will not be accepted. To obtain authorization please call: 800-242-1378.
We suggest that you send us the product by registered post and that you purchase insurance with the carrier for the value of the merchandise. This is necessary should your goods be lost or damaged in shipment. Cost of return shipping remains the customer’s responsibility except in case of a defective product.
Your present right to return only applies to products that are returned in their original, complete working condition (including original packaging, accessories, documentation etc.).

NON-RETURNABLE ITEM

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: Damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than the return policy time frame.
 
REFUNDS (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
 
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in shipping or if your order is within 30 days of the purchase from a manufacturer defect. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at 1-877-977-3339 or email us at Sales@HaagaStore.com
